Aurora/Douglas Republican Women met on February 3 to officially become a club and to elect our officers. 

February 28, Legislative Day, 4 members and 1 student attended the SDFRW Quarterly Board meeting in Pierre. During that quarterly board meeting we were presented with our Club Charter.

On March 14 we met and had District 21 Senator, Erin Tobin, speak to us about what has happened in the legislature this year. We also started working on our committee assignments. Several members are working with “Call to Freedom”.

March 25, some of us attended the Charles Mix Lincoln Day Dinner. Aurora and Douglas Counties are now in District 21, along with Charles Mix, Gregory, & Tripp after the redistricting in the legislature. We heard Gov. Noem and other Republican candidates speak.
